For the production of films with several layers with different a different rheology of the materials and high layer structure requirements, multi-channel dies are preferred tools. For this purpose, COLLIN MELT Solutions develops customer-specific solutions in order to achieve a distribution of the layers as homogenous as possible and low tolerances of the film thickness.
Also these dies can optionally be equipped with a flex lip. 2-, 3- and 5-channel dies for corresponding layer designs are available. Other channel types on request.
